HPL also invited Chinese and Indonesian chefs to prepare a grand evening banquet for them, and carefully arranged various forms of entertainment across departments to enhance the happiness and sense of belonging of employees.

The departments and workshop would select 48 excellent production model workers every month through voting and recommendation, showing recognition and encouragement for the efforts of the employees.
