As the core of wet process, the construction and installation of high-pressure acid leaching process has always been the focus of all leaders, and the safe and timely transportation of large parts such as flash tank and preheater is the key to the smooth lifting of large pieces of high-pressure acid leaching. Although we have encountered many difficulties in the process of large pieces reshipment, we firmly believe that there are more ways than difficulties in the end! Under the leadership of on-site leaders, with the cooperation of logistics and civil engineering departments, the high-pressure acid leaching workshop personnel, through unremitting efforts, safely and efficiently completed the transfer of all large pieces of high-pressure acid leaching on May 22, 2020.
The last high temperature preheater falls to the designated position safely
At the beginning of 2020, the epidemic situation at home and abroad will spread. The professional transportation personnel of Sinotrans, which undertakes the task of large cargo transportation, can not go to the island. The flash tank and preheater arriving in port are faced with the embarrassing situation that there are axis cars but no operators. In the past, it took only a few hours to transport the goods in place with the axis car, but now it can only use the helpless move of Yugong to move mountains. It takes two days, three days or even longer to slowly lift and move the large pieces of high-pressure acid leaching, which undoubtedly makes it difficult to transport large pieces of high-pressure acid leaching, which not only seriously delays the construction progress, but also increases the safety risk.
When everyone was at a loss, Zhang Baodong, general manager of the site, and Wang Xishun, deputy general manager, decided to rely on their own strength to transport large equipment with axis cars. At this critical juncture, Xing Jinlong, director of high pressure acid leaching workshop, and Lu Jianhui, the monitor of the workshop, bravely stood out!
Without operators, we will explore and learn the operation of axis car by ourselves! The direction of strength, diligence can make up for the weakness. Monitor Lu Jianhui made use of his spare time to explore and practice hard. In a short period of one week, he successfully mastered the operation skills, which became the most important link for efficient and smooth installation of large pieces. After the operation problems of the axis car were solved, the site immediately organized the high-pressure acid leaching workshop to carry out the transportation work. Lu Jianhui was the main operator of the axis car, Duan Yingqin and Fuli operators assisted in guiding the road. In a short period of half a month, 6 flash tanks and 4 preheaters were safely transported to the designated location, and the large pieces were successfully hoisted in cooperation with the construction unit. Although there are only four people in the high pressure acid leaching Workshop on the island, under the encouragement and support of the company's leaders, they never give up in the face of difficulties, and they have to face them!
Rain and rain continue to depress people's heart, dark clouds pull away and finally see a rainbow
In Obi in May, the change of weather is also unpredictable, and the rain has become as wayward as a walk away travel. This undoubtedly adds a lot of obstacles to the project construction, especially the muddy road after the rain makes it more difficult to transport large pieces. However, the staff on Obi site are not hard to deal with. They firmly grasp every opportunity of breathing in the short-term weather, and carry out the work orderly in accordance with the principle of safety first. On May 22, the last two high-temperature preheaters arrived in Hong Kong. It was sunny for a short time, but the road was still very muddy. Site general manager Zhang Baodong and deputy general manager Wang Xishun personally directed and coordinated the high-pressure acid leaching workshop, wharf Logistics Department, civil engineering department and safety and environmental protection department to carry out sectional transportation, transport and repair roads at the same time. Although it is difficult, they still strive to move forward! From sunrise to sunset, after close cooperation and efforts of many departments, the last two high-temperature preheaters were finally transported to the designated area of the construction site in a short period of time, which realized the efficient operation that the heavy pieces on site can be transported immediately after unloading, and can be installed immediately after reverse transportation.
With the high temperature preheater slowly rising and accurate positioning, the curtain of all large parts installation work in the high pressure acid leaching area has been successfully completed with the joint efforts of everyone, which has also filled a heavy stroke for the project blueprint. During the period of large-scale reshuffle, there was not only individual unknown efforts, but also a beautiful flash of teamwork. As the saying goes, strength leads to excellence, diligence is endless, and strength is of the same mind to overcome difficulties and forge ahead to write a beautiful chapter of hpal.
