It is the early summer, with lush trees and a plethora of new people. In order to help new employees further understand and know Lygend and adapt to the work environment and their roles, and become qualified "Lygend's Employees", the Human Resources Department of Lygend held a training on "Corporate Culture and Development Strategy" at the Ningbo headquarters on June 6. Chairman Cai Jianyong gave a lecture, and more than 400 employees from multiple locations of Lygend such as the headquarters in Ningbo, OBI Park in Indonesia, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Xi'an, Guangdong, etc. participated in online and offline training activities.

 

During this training, Cai Jianyong, Chairman of Lygend Resources, gave a detailed introduction to the company overview, Lygend corporate culture connotation, industry overview and core competitive advantages, strategy and development. At the same time, he also played the latest promotional video of OBI Island, showcasing the grand blueprint for the future integration of industry and city in OBI Island.

 

 

During the training, Chairman Cai reviewed the development process of Lygend, elaborated on the background of Lygend's birth, the connotation of the core values of corporate culture, analyzed how Lygend achieved success, how to transition from nickel ore trade to nickel ore smelting, and how to gradually grow into an enterprise with disruptive business capabilities. Based on his personal experience, he narrated one case after another that truly happened on the development path of Lygend, and also brought the thoughts of new employees into the 13-year development of Lygend.

 

After years of rapid development, Lygend has formed its unique corporate culture.
