The successful lifting of the crane in the steam turbine room of the Central Power Plant and the successful lifting of the first piece of the large plate beam in the North Power Plant mark a new stage of the corresponding project.
At 9:00 Indonesian time, the Central Power Plant's the lifting of the crane in the turbine room of the unit 2 of the 4×150MW units was successfully completed. The total weight of the installed crane is about 37 tons, and the installation location is at an elevation of 20m.
Due to the confined construction site, the technical personnel of the Construction Project Department of Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. adopted a 260t crawler crane as the main lifting machinery after on-site investigation and repeated data proofreading. The lifting process strictly followed the construction plan, strictly controlled the installation quality, and implemented various safety measures. Due to the impact of the earthquake, a crawler crane was used for lifting, effectively avoiding the risk of sudden power outage during work.
The smooth lifting of the crane in the steam turbine room has laid a solid foundation for the rapid progress of subsequent installation of steam turbine equipment.
At 15:38 Indonesian time, the 1# large plate beam of the boiler of 1x60MW unit of the HPAL Project power plant was successfully installed, marking the smooth start of the lifting of the boiler large plate beams. The lifting of the large plate beams will create extremely favorable conditions for the overall acceptance of the boiler steel frame and the installation of the entire heated surface in the next step. After the main beams such as the suspended heating surface on the top of the boiler are in place, the installation of the boiler body begins comprehensively, and the installation project gradually enters a climax.
As one of the important links of the project, the installation of boiler large plate beams is relatively difficult and has high technical content. In order to ensure the safety of large-scale lifting, the Construction Project Department of Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. attached great importance to and carefully prepared to ensure the implementation of various measures, and optimized the lifting plan of large plate beams. At the same time, they strengthened process supervision and safety technical disclosure, with a focus on how to handle earthquake risks in the working environment.
