On July 14, the 2023 Management Trainees Bootcamp of Lygend Resources' "Thousand Talents Program" was successfully concluded. The 455 college students graduating in 2023 recruited by Lygend Resources will gradually move to their positions after completing the 14-day centralized training and become the formal "employees of Lygend Resources".
The 14-day training session is rich in content, including military training, team expansion, skill learning, pre-employment training and graduation reporting. From building a strong physique to enriching knowledge and consolidating the team, the management trainees have gained a deep understanding of Lygend Resources' strategic planning, business layout, and management system, have comprehended and recognized the corporate culture of Lygend Resources, have improved personal professional literacy and skills, and have completed the role transformation from the students on campus to the professionals at work. All of these have laid a solid foundation for their unity, cooperation, and joint progress in each position in the future.
Youth is Exciting, Growth and Transformation | Military Training Chapter
In the midsummer of July, under the scorching sun, they always maintained a strong military posture and strong steps. This is the first training of Lygend Resources for the 2023 management trainees in their career. Facing the rising sun, the trainees got full preparation for their training and were fully immersed in the training of every new day.
From the ivory tower to the military training ground, they have got their willpower honed at every moment. Their eyes are firm, their bodies are straight, and they have displayed faith and worked hard with perseverance. With loud slogans and piercing eyes, they have inspired their vitality and demonstrated confidence as they are moving forward.
Whether the clanging steps taken in the heavy rain or the physical limits breached in the triathlon, high-standard military training has given them a resilient spirit and strength, and they have also proven through practice that they are always ready to fly into the sky as eagles.
Eagle Spreads Its Wings, Continuing Up | Expansion Chapter
In order to comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of the 2023 management trainees, this Bootcamp has also organized multiple expansion training programs, from shaping the body to shaping the soul, in order to embrace the collision of wisdom, and refine the team spirit of collaborative progress.
Through ice breaking activities, the 2023 management trainees have brought each other closer, and have also fully utilized their subjective initiative in various expansion activities such as "Fun Sports Games", "Trust Fall", "Collective Birthday Party", and "Jointly Building Lygend Resources' Ship". They cooperate with each other, work and pull together, draw upon all useful opinions, gather the strength of the team and unleash infinite potential.
A person may walk faster, but a group can go further. On the morning of the 12th day, the trainees walked out of the camp to have the outdoor long-distance endurance training, trudging in the morning breeze, and successfully completing the challenge with a spirit of never giving up.
Endless Learning, Diligent Assistance | Learning Chapter
In order to enable the trainees to quickly recognize, understand and integrate into Lygend Resources, in the entire training period, they were led by seniors to learn and practice diligently for several days. This Bootcamp contains a total of 25 courses. The officers, department heads, technical backbones, and internal trainers have provided a series of courses for management trainees, including corporate strategy, corporate culture, management system, project introduction, organizational structure and department functions, technical processes, career development and literacy, Indonesian park and project introduction. The courses are full of resources, diverse in form, and multi-dimensional and comprehensive in empowering the management trainees' learning and growth.
The peers pass the flame of models. The representatives of previous management trainees in the Company actively have played an exemplary role, sharing their growth stories and emotional journey in Lygend Resources, and answering questions of management trainees and responding to their doubts and concerns.
After the waves enter the sea, building dreams for the future | Outlook
"Step on the waves and seize every minute" The closing ceremony of the 2023 Management Trainees Bootcamp of Lygend's "Thousand Talents Program" has come to a successful conclusion. At the closing ceremony, the outstanding companies and individuals in the Bootcamp were commended and awarded honorary certificates.
Yuan Shuangcheng, HR Director of the Headquarters, delivered a speech at the closing ceremony, acknowledging the excellent performance of the management trainees in the training period and expressing gratitude to all staff and supervisors for their hard work. Looking forward to the future, on the platform of Lygend Resources, we hope that all management trainees can adjust their mindset, accept new challenges, adapt to new environments, and study diligently with their mentors.
